  • Fees and pricing are as listed on our website or within the app. The default currency for Hong Kong is HKD.
  • Promotions, trials, and refunds will be subject to specific notices and the Refund Policy.
  1. Suspension and Termination
  • If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding suitability, reliability, or availability.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Education Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and interpreted accordingly.
  • Disputes relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
