Refund Policy (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)

To balance consumer rights and the costs of digital services, Growth Education Limited adopts the following refund policy for Hong Kong and complies with the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (SSITO) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (TDO).

  1. General Principles
  • Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Reasonable circumstances may qualify for a refund.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations for Digital Services
  • Once significant digital content has been accessed or consumed (e.g., unlocking full question banks or downloadable content), refunds are generally not available.
  • No refunds are provided where service limitations or termination result from user violations of the Terms or abuse of the Service.
  1. Examples of Refundable Situations
  • Duplicate charges or manifest billing errors.
  • Failure to provide core services, and the issue persists beyond a reasonable remediation period.
  1. Application Process
  • Submit a refund request within a reasonable time, providing necessary evidence or usage records.
  • We will respond and process the request within a reasonable period.
  1. Disputes and Complaints
  • If disputes remain, you may seek assistance from the Consumer Council (www.consumer.org.hk). We commit to cooperating with mediation.
  1. Governing Law
  • This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
